Your Privacy Choices

Do not sell or share my personal information
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the switch below. You do not have to tell us who you are, and we will not treat you differently for exercising it.
Opt out on this browser
You are opted out. We are not sharing your personal information for advertising.
This choice is stored in a cookie on this browser, so it does not carry to a different browser, a different device, or a private window. Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser applies the opt-out everywhere automatically, and we honour it.
All cookie categories
Advertising here is the same setting as the switch above.
Strictly necessaryAlways on
Required for the site to work — your consent choice itself, security, and staff sign-in. These cannot be switched off.
Functional
The chat widget and the embedded enquiry and booking forms, provided by GoHighLevel. Turning these off removes the chat bubble.
Analytics
Aggregate measurement of which pages get read, so we know what to write more of. Off until you say otherwise.
Advertising
Cross-context behavioural advertising and conversion measurement. This is the category the "do not sell or share" right applies to. Off until you say otherwise.
Requests we need to verify
The rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit require us to verify your identity first, so they cannot be a switch on a page. Email solutions@taskblocking.ai with the request and enough detail for us to find your records. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need a further 45. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission we can confirm with you directly.
This page is where you exercise the choices you have over how TaskBlocking AI uses your personal information. The controls above take effect on this browser as soon as you use them. Nothing on this page requires an account, an explanation, or a conversation with us.
What "sell" and "share" mean here
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, these two words are broader than they sound.
- Selling is disclosing personal information to someone else for money or other valuable consideration. We do not do this, and have not in the preceding 12 months.
- Sharing is disclosing personal information to an advertising partner for cross-context behavioural advertising — that is, to help target you elsewhere on the internet. No money need change hands. We do this only if you allow advertising cookies, and never otherwise.
So if you have not turned advertising on, there is nothing to opt out of. The switch is there so you can be certain, and so it stays off.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and apply it the moment we see it. You do not have to click anything, and we will not ask you to confirm a decision your browser has already made — which is also why you will not see our cookie banner.
GPC is sent per browser, so you will need it enabled on each browser and device you use. Several browsers support it natively and others through an extension. If we detect it, we say so in the panel above.
If you have GPC on but want advertising cookies on this site specifically, you can switch them on above. That is your decision to make, and we will not undo it — but we will never make it for you, and no "accept all" button will make it on your behalf.
Rights we have to verify first
The rights to know, access, correct and delete need us to be sure the request is really yours, so they cannot be a switch on a public page. Email Solutions@TaskBlocking.ai with Privacy Request in the subject line and enough detail for us to find your records.
- We confirm receipt promptly and respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days if we tell you why.
- We verify you by matching what you give us against what we already hold, and ask for more only where the request is sensitive.
- An authorised agent may act for you with written permission signed by you. We may contact you directly to confirm it.
- Making a request is free, and we will never ask you to create an account in order to make one.
Because we operate exclusively online and deal with you directly, California law lets us offer an email address as the way to reach us, rather than a toll-free number.
We will not treat you differently
Exercising any of these rights will never cost you service, a different price, a different rate, or a lesser quality of anything we provide. We operate no financial incentive programme and offer nothing in exchange for your personal information.
Sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as California law defines it, so the right to limit its use does not arise. The AI voice demo records audio, but we never analyse anyone's voice to identify them, which is what would make a recording a biometric identifier. The full category-by-category detail is in section 13 of our Privacy Policy.
One limitation worth knowing
Your choice is stored in a cookie on the browser you made it on. It will not follow you to a different browser, a different device, or a private window, and clearing your cookies clears it too. Turning on Global Privacy Control avoids all of that, because your browser then tells every site automatically.
